MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Monitors Order process and insures all is on track.
- Communicate orders with the Delivery Team through mumm technology.
- Call Customers for satisfaction survey after our products have been delivered.
- insures feedback has been translated into action with support from the multifunctional team.
- Coordinates with logistics team all the customer gifts and deliveries.
- Contribute to ideas on how to satisfy our customers better.
- Engage with the team on building the company culture and delivering on goals.
- Fill reports for customer satisfaction of service.
- Contribute to solving Customer and operations problems.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Perfect spelling is a must and it is non-negotiable.
- Strong command of Spoken and chatting English and Arabic.
- Team player.
- Strong communication skills.
